Steven Woodruff
Founder / Managing Director
Steve has excelled in marketing and business management for over 20 years. He served as the Director of Marketing / Expansion Projects for a major telecommunications firm for over 10 years. In 2008 Steve started Curious Monkey Marketing (CMM) consulting agency were he has personally served over 50 clients with their marketing and business planning needs. Many of those clients have stayed with Steve through the years.

In response to clients' needs and the trust they put in him, he has expanded his service offerings and built a team of highly effective and experienced specialists. Curious Monkey Management is a leader in support, growth and measurable achievement.

Steve is a technology nut and loves to find and try new tools for work flow efficiency. He excels at team communications, analysis, planning and implementation management. Steve generally on-boards new clients, determines the scope of the project and assigns the most appropriate CMM specialist to meet the client's needs.​
Adam Gerbman

He is awe-struck with the endless possibilities and the global impact we all can have when life is lived from a value-based foundation. He combines applied positive psychology, empowerment, and experiential learning with his own experience to help teams and individuals discover their true potential, give them tools to flourish and inspire them to find meaning and shine-on.
Adam's history includes ten years as a coach, mentor, and executive in the behavioral health field as well as twenty-five years’ experience in both a marketing and entrepreneurial capacity. He is Certified in Empowerment and Applied Positive Psychology Coaching and loves working on both a strategic and creative level.
Adam’s positive approach to life is a continued evolvement developed over a lifespan of searching for meaning in hardship and seeking ways to realize his potential. His basic philosophy, that life is about the process of becoming a greater version of yourself, allows him to ride the waves with his clients as they move towards greatness. He sees transition born out of hardship as one of the greatest opportunities to question the status quo and challenges his clients to be pulled by a vision greater than themselves.
Adam has a loyal and grateful following of clients and friends who value his honesty, unique communication style, resilience, humor, and unwavering belief that current circumstances are never the final destination.
Pamela Baron
Director Accounting and Bookkeeping Solutions
Pamela has the gifts of precision, loyalty, accuracy and a steel case memory. She comes from a history of working with entrepreneurs and businesses in operations and offers exemplary accounting / bookkeeping solutions.
Having worked in a variety of industries including gift ware, non-profits, real estate, construction, architecture, medical, housewares, furniture, ranch management, education and fund raising, Pamela is the kind of dig-in, get-it-done solution provider we like to have on our team.

Pamela's specialty is accounting organization, including the optimization of cash flow, accounts payables / receivables and, yes, she does very effective collections too! Pamela works very efficiently in Quickbooks products and has experience with most other mid- size business accounting packages.
